The Future Leaders Council is a programme aimed at nurturing and promoting rising stars in the meetings and events space. The FLC was created to extend the influence of the up-and-coming generation of professionals who make a lasting impact on our industry and beyond.
During an elected two-year, fixed-term post, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ guides, supports, and elevates future industry advocates by facilitating the sharing of ideas and strategies to keep ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ current, relevant, and positioned as thought leaders for the association meeting community.
The Future Leaders Council works on two projects: one chosen by members, and one selected by the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Board. Participants remain linked to ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ through a specially created alumni programme, ensuring ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½’s ongoing commitment to promoting dynamic young talent.
